The Enneagram

The Enneagram is an ancient human personality based system of nine typologies that are interconnected even though each of us “majors” in one type. This goes way beyond a Myers-Briggs analysis and allows us to understand our motivations and deepest yearnings. The enneagram can be used as a tremendous tool for self understanding, self discovery and for spiritual growth. The enneagram can be a tremendous resource and guiding light for those who desire to take the necessary deliberate steps for spiritual growth as well as self governance and leadership. I believe in the enneagram to the extent that I desire to share the following books and links for your own investigation:

Books: If you are like me, sometimes you need to do more than “electronic only” and need paper pages to read, mark up and review for subjects such as the enneagram. Here are a few of the myriad books on the enneagram that I have found informative and helpful.

The Wisdom of the Enneagram: The Complete Guide to Psychological and Spiritual Growth for the Nine Personality Types by Don Richard Risso & Russ Hudson

The Enneagram: A Christian Perspective by Richard Rohr

Deep Living: Transforming Your Relationship With Everything That Matters Through The Enneagram by Roxanne Howe-Murphy
